Stephanie Barnett is a skilled healthcare executive with over 25 years of extensive revenue cycle operational and leadership experience within hospital, physician practices and healthcare support organizations. As a Healthcare Relationship Executive, she supports health systems, hospitals, and physician practices across the southern U.S.

Ms. Barnett’s experience includes leading staff, executing performance improvement and driving profitable growth within hospital and physician revenue cycle operations, as well as healthcare support organizations. Her previous leadership roles included supporting revenue and process enhancement, delivering solutions, optimizing patient satisfaction and project management execution.

Before joining Commerce, Ms. Barnett served as AVP of Patient Access Operations for Ensemble Health Partners, where she provided leadership and client performance scope of work management for 15 hospitals, including people, process, technology and client support services. She successfully implemented systematic approaches to maximize revenue and cash flow, ensuring delivered results.

Prior to Ensemble, Ms. Barnett was the Senior Vice President of Operations for HCFS, Inc., where she provided leadership, management and vision for revenue cycle operations. Her responsibilities included developing and maintaining operational and client engagement models to drive customer satisfaction and support delivery of services consistent with organizations strategic plan. Prior to HCFS, Inc., Stephanie led many hospitals through large revenue cycle system and operational implementations as well as providing senior level leadership.

Ms. Barnett holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM).
